Contact

Email zenovaappsteam@gmail.com and include TORQORA in the subject. Describe the app version, Android version, the screen involved and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, raw purchase tokens, full payment-card details or unnecessary vehicle documents.

Account and privacy

TORQORA app-account access uses an email address and password, without Google Sign-In. New registration is currently activated immediately and does not send an account-verification email. For sign-in problems, use the in-app password recovery flow first; a recovery email is sent only when recovery is explicitly requested. For privacy, access, correction or TORQORA app-account deletion requests, contact the same support address from the email linked to the account when possible.

Privacy policy: https://zfhqltlmgefihfhhbeyt.supabase.co/functions/v1/torqora-legal/privacy. Data deletion instructions: https://zfhqltlmgefihfhhbeyt.supabase.co/functions/v1/torqora-legal/data-deletion.

Purchases

Use 'Restore purchase' in TORQORA when a valid monthly or lifetime Pro purchase is not recognized. Subscription management and cancellation take place in Google Play. Include only the minimum information needed for support and never email a raw purchase token.

Vehicle safety

TORQORA provides organizational and educational guidance, not a guaranteed diagnosis. Stop work and consult a qualified professional whenever a task involves brakes, airbags, high voltage, lifting, fuel, fire, structural damage or another safety-critical system.
